An enquiry or suggested nomination does not guarantee acceptance, official nominee status or an award. Only nominations confirmed by the Awards team and published on this website should be described as official World Villa Awards nominations.

Anyone submitting information must be authorised to do so and must provide accurate property names, locations and supporting details. A nomination for a particular villa must identify that villa, rather than only its parent hotel or collection.

Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have permission to share. You retain ownership of submitted content. Material identified as suitable for publication may be used to describe and publicise the nomination, subject to the applicable entry process.

Formal entry periods, eligibility requirements and any charges will be stated before entries are accepted. Do not assume that a programme is open or free because a contact enquiry can be sent.

Recognition applies only to the category, year and status confirmed. Use official marks only with authorisation. Do not represent recognition as a property inspection, certification or a guarantee of a future stay.
